BOOTCAMP CLASSES

Our bootcamp classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. All of our classes are coached and follow a similar structure of a warm-up, strength section and a workout. We see a variety of different movements in classes aiming to improve all aspects of fitness. All movements are scalable.

We have classes from Monday – Saturday at various times to suit as many people as possible.

BOOTCAMP STRENGTH

Our Bootcamp Strength sessions are designed to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness, all while prioritising proper form and technique. You will learn fundamental movements in a supportive and encouraging environment, helping you to build confidence and achieve your fitness goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your fitness journey, gain strength, and feel empowered. Let's get moving together in a friendly and inclusive environment. Take the first step towards a stronger, healthier you!

BOOTCAMP MASTERS

Bootcamp Masters is a class specifically created for individuals over 50.

 

These low impact sessions aim to build strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.

 

You will learn the core fundamental movements focusing on correct form/technique to build your confidence and achieve your fitness goals.
